A Crawl Space Makeover - Nasty to Nice

This crawl space in Philomont was damp and had little to no insulation. This was causing floors above it to be abnormally cold and the duct work to freeze. In warm months, the duct work would sweat. After our team performed this incredible crawl space encapsulation, the crawl is now totally dry and encapsulated. The floors above will remain warm in the winter, the duct work will no longer freeze/sweat, and the reduced humidity levels will eliminate the possibility of mold growth.
