The addition of a whole house dehumidifier of theirs that is piped to the outdoors to get condensate out of the area from removed humidity is working perfectly. They also completed an exhaust duct run from a bathroom remodel years ago that was left unfinished in the crawlspace. Now that bath exhaust air goes outdoors as it should. The installation took four days and they worked very hard. They listen to everything I had concerns about and corrected any issues that I may have had. "About a year ago we had 3 Pros Basement System encapsulate our crawlspace and remove and replace the old blown in attic insulation. They sealed any gaps, sealed the canned lighting and put a insulated barrier between the attic above the garage and the main house. The results are lower energy bills. The house maintains the temperature called for by the thermostats. Since our furnace/AC isn't running as much as in the past. They'll last longer."

Hi Carl ----- The project was completed yesterday. They team arrived about 8:15 and left around 4:30. Everything went great. Ariel was there to get things started as planned. Access to the area was mainly thru the window except the insulation boards. They parked in the driveway and used the opposite side of the house than what we had discussed. I think it overall made things a lot easier and probably saved some time. The sheeting and negative air pressure worked really well ---- there was barely any dust, if any, outside of the immediate work area. I was able to remove the Comcast box from the wall and with Juan’s help was able to remount it and hook it back up. The fix on that back wall was adjusted/changed somewhat based on what was found so there was a bit less work in that area. The Foamax insulation boards look very nice. Juan communicated well, was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with.   The entire team did a great job: Thank you to Juan, Javier, and Yeison. Thanks to Areil --- his guidance and help was greatly appreciated. And thanks to Carl who put the proposal together and addressed my many questions and concerns making this project a reality.   Overall just a very positive experience with Comfenergy/ 3 Pros. Impressive!! Thank You All!!
