Challenge

This homeowner in Alexandria, VA had a basement drainage system that was not working correctly. As it turned out, the 'low spot' in their basement was not where it needed to be, causing water in the basement to drain improperly. Luckily, the 3 Pros team had the expertise to remediate this issue!

Solution

To correct this basement system in Alexandria, we place a second collection (sump liner) in the low spot of the basement. Then, we used solid piping to transfer the water collecting in the low spot to the location of the sump pump. Without the expertise of 3 Pros, the customer would have been left to fix this problem on their own. We stood behind our work to fix the issue and used "Good Building Science" to achieve the desired result.
